Greece has not done enough to fight “notorious tax evasion” by the rich, leaving those on salaries and pensions to take most of the pain from the bailout-related austerity measures, the International Monetary Fund said Monday. Overall, however, the IMF praised Greece for “exceptional” improvements to its budget deficit.
